Sahara Dust

I just heard on the Weather Channel the island is about to get hit with a blast of Sahara dust. Normally, when this happens, the temps go up, and it gets very hazy. How are the skies today. We leave tomorrow...

The skies are incredibly hazy...have been since I got home on Thursday.
I thought it was just cloudiness but I guess it is a mixture of saharan dust and cloudiness.
All I knwo is that my sinuses are killing me!

Barbara: The only cure for Sahara Sinus is an dropper full of Ma Dou Dou in each nostril ( followed by 5 shots by mouth).

Although, it should make for some amazing sunsets. The beautiful purple/pink evening skies that are commonplace over Rome are said to be the result of Saharan dust in the atmosphere as well.

If so, please post some pictures for the rest of us!
