Wow...I thought I was the only one Augie. Actually I'm an agnostic, dyslexic, insomniac, since I stay up all night questioning the existence of a dog.

I was actually the pre-opening Front Office Manager at LBC during the Conrad days. When I was hired, it was supposed to open 6 weeks later, but after 2 years I finally left and moved back to the US. Strikes, money, legal issues between builder and owner, you name it....

While it was about 21 years ago, I do remember being able to see Saba and Anguilla from the property but you could not see St. Barts because the Low Lands were in the way.

That's where one of my husband's smaller company's located. In fact he was asked to go up there yesterday with his boss and because it's a 5 hour trip, said no way Jose. Small world. Very pretty up there but dead when it's not the winter.
