As with most other places in the world that charter fishing boats you should have a talk with the captain BEFORE going out as to the fish you may catch and what they will do with them. ALWAYS make an agreement as to who keeps what so there is not a problem later.

I've rented a 20' century and done some inshore fishing. Trolling caught mostly small tuna and barracuda. Stopped in a few bays and caught bonefish and others. I think it was aquamarine or something like that. A couple doors towards the airport from Ric's which I guess, has a new name.

Did fish with Lee's last year--nice guys but we shared a charter and he put 6 people on the boat at $160 each--very high for half a day and he did say he would keep the fish if we caught any. We have fished all over the Carribbean and Pacific and the best thing you can do is discuss in advance what happens to the fish when you catch it. In Costa Rica we could keep everything we caught but only once did we keep a 50 pound mahi which we brought to a restaurant - they prepared dinner for the 4 of us and they kept the rest which was fine with us.

There's a group that fishes in the evening on off Simpson Bay Beach. They are to the right of Mary's Boon (facing water). They catch a lot of stuff including sharks. I'd check with them, when you get there. They are good guys. Their equipment is much larger than the rod and reel I bring, but I've caught some fish off the beach.
