Does anyone know of best way to purchase/sell a timeshare in Saint Martin?
I am hoping there are reputable companies, other than the individual hotels, etc., that take 30% of the cost of the value of their respective timeshares, that list timeshares for sale.

The very best resale prices we've ever come across for the property we were interested in were found on Holiday Timeshare Resales.

You might also google Timeshare Resales St. Maarten and see what you come up with. I know RedWeek for one and a lot of other resale companies will list units but often they're listed at the owner's wishlist price and for the most part, those aren't bargain prices and in some cases, they're not even remotely realistic prices. Holiday seems to me to be like the sellers last resort and the prices often reflect this.

The Royal Islander site is a good one and I think the Pelican has one also.
