Arriving this Friday, is there a good cigar shop on the island?

There are a couple really good "world class humidors". One is in downtown Marigo. It is signed as an Davidoff humidor but they carry all brands and their cigars are in really good condition. There is also a ggod cigar store on the airport road just after leaving the airport headed towards Cole Bay, on the right. I am sorry that I can't remember either stores name but they have good cigars (Cubans) in very good condition.

Don't know if the prior post is spam or not, but this is how Google translates it:

J have lived three years in Guadeloupe and I made many visits á saint martin . In search of Cuban cigars, I discovered by chance the little shop of Don G ( Gustavio / Gustave French) , this little gentleman of a certain age works and smokes in his little échope , it has some beautiful Cuban cigars á prices more that reasonable ... But á married a Cuban , Dominican cigars he produced some beautifully crafted , powerful and generous surprise. HE MOVED IN THE SETS OF 25 coronas units and torpedoes for cetain dollars ... these are beautiful pieces a little blonde but under the cloak tripe is quite virile for satifaire lovers puros reasonably maduros . Substantial beautiful curls that are obtained without á pull too hard , discrete flavors, but certainly complex enough . In short a great discovery of " smoking cigars á " as they speak in France of " á drink wine " , for a fun and unpretentious. Gustavio in his little shop is messy á the image of its products, welcoming and simple, it offers visitors a happy á little Cuban rum and coffee from the same source that he praises and sells with her delightful accent of southern France which it originated ... finally a meeting in the heart of the exotic Caribbean !

The thread is about cigar and I think this French person just "pooped" in to give his knowledge about what can be find in Marigot. I know this little store and everything said by the poster is true about Don G.
Just an informative post

Kind Regards,
Philippe
