Music I Heard on the Island

While I was visiting St Maarten last week I heard a cool song on the radio that was about a Dutch Boy and the F...ing Bridge. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the name ot the song. Thanks for your help.

Ed.unfortunately, that's what they're saying in Minneapolis!!! I am not making light of the situation there...all need to be in our thoughts and prayers.
