Airport Parking

Does anyone know how much it costs to park overnight at the airport. I know in the past that it was pretty expensive. We're looking at heading over to Statia for a night and need to leave our car at the airport or just take a taxi from the Belair, which ever is cheaper.

As of the end of April parking was still free in the new airport parking area although there was talk of fees being imposed although I doubt it's happened yet though. Just don't park in any of the non-parking areas because the airport now has their own tow truck for removing cars and they are quick and show little mercy.

Respectfully,

Ok thanks for the info. We'll be down in September so I'll have to check again once we get a little closer to our arrival.

We also are thinking of an overnight trip to Statia.
Any information is helpful.
Where to stay?
Rent a car?
Good Restaurants?
Thank you.

Here is a link for lodging at Statia. [www.oldginhouse.com]

You have to catch a Winair flight over from SXM.
