Pyrat Rum?

Is Pyrat XO rum available on SXM or do I have to go to the factory in AXA?
It just became available in Ontario but it costs $85. Ouch.

Depending where in Ontario you are, you could take a day trip or weekender to "Live Free or Die" New Hampshire and buy some 750 ml's for $29.99US.

We have stores on the borders and they are open Sundays to boot, MC and VISA accepted. Here's the site to check prices of all the stuff: www.nh.gov/liquor/pl05.shtml

Am curious as to what the SXM price is when you get back. With the new travel rules, I'm not sure it is worth packing several bottles to save a few dollars and run the risk of breakage, theft, or dealing with customs.

I always pack some bubble wrap to avoid damage. I have never had a bottle break even when the plastic of my soft-sided luggage was shattered.
