Regretably,I need the phone when in SXM.

I believe that the best deal is to rent a cell phone for the duration.

Any comment as to where??

Are there any easy access, free WIFI sites?

Free WIFI in the Maho area, Sunset Beach Bar, Shrimpy's and Ric's.

I just returned, but didn't need a phone. BUT, I did just check my Verizon Wireless plan, and it would have cost $1.49+ a minute to use my own phone on SXM. Check out you wireless plan before you leave.

Best deal to rent a phone is from Sharon Harris.

Free WiFi at many places. Shrimpys, Bikini Beach Bar, SSBB...

Perhaps someone can help me as well. My verizon wireless plan says that I can use my phone in St. Maarten. I simply added international dialing free of charge.

Has anyone been successful with this?
