Has anyone heard of what happened to John Rehak on his return to sxm? Was a post on ttol but C hill locked it up right away.

I thought it was a six month ban for the Netherland Antilles and a 3 year ban specifically for SXM---there seemed to be some confusion in various posts on the subject----but in either case---he may have his substnace abuse problem taken care of---now he needs to have his head examined---he needs some serious help-----chbpod

the court gave him a 6 month ban for the N.A.
but the St. Marten Lt. Governour said don't bother coming back to SXM for 3 years.

Thanks Barbara1---if the Daily Herald story is true--- he personally was given the 3 year SXM ban notice-----but left the island before the 6 month SXM ban notice could be delivered personally-----just what part of THREE YEARS didn't he understand???-- chbpod

I don't understaand how you can run such a cash intensive business as a bar for out of the country. Seems to me he's going to have to sell. IMHO

Come on, leave the guy alone. John is a hard working man, who has helped alot of people, and has contributed alot to the island in more ways than one. So the man just likes to have fun, get a grip and find someone else to pick on. Sounds like a lot of "green eyed monsters" to me. Thats sad............

If you do good things but act like an ass when you get drunk, you deserve any criticism that comes your way.

What he really needs to learn is how not to get drunk. And that's easier said than done.

There is quite a bit of difference between criticism and blatent harrasment, and show me a person who doesn't act "the ass" periodactly when drinking.......I think NOT...............
