Buying liquor on orient

Are there any liquor stores on Orient Beach where one can you buy bottles of wine and beer for your room anywhere on Orient Beach?
Is there a food market of any sort to buy baguettes, cheese, etc for snacks?
What is in this "Orient Village" I keep reading about?
Thanks

Yes, yes and everything you've read is probably true.

Yes, Tap 5 which is a small grocery store where you can get crossiants, pastries, liquor. Not a large variety of cheeses, etc but some in the refrigeration section. There is also a Tap 5 pizza restaurant which sells delicious thin crusted pizza, has cold cuts, and homemade salads.

Orient Village is the area of stores and shops behind Alamanda Hotel and across the street from a strip of stores, two of which are Tap 5.

In Orient Village there is a DVD/Internet store, a small watersports wear shop and the rest are restaurants. Safari Grill, Rocking Chair(TexMex), Le Pimet (pizza, salads) Le Cadre (tapas). La Chapelle (restaurant and bar - open late), Ti Chi (Asian). Also in the strip is a Salon, clothing store, newspaper/book store and a small bisto serving soups, salads, etc.

No Tom, Le Fish Bar is gone from Orient Village. Safari Grill is there now. Very nice restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had dinner and I found it to be reasonable. Not as cheap as Le Fish Bar but good quality and big portions.
