I will "assume" that they decided not to put one up due to the people who frequented the restaurant sans clothing and to respect their privacy. Of course it could be for other reasons like the owners not wanting to bother with mini-cams and such but I personally feel that this was the reason.

The post you're asking about is 5 years old. Baywatch has changed it's name to Andy and Cheryl's. They no longer have a web cam. If you visit SXMTravelForum.com they have a list of several cams around SXM.
