residence permission

Hi guys,

i'm right now in SXM, mixture between Work & Holidays smiling smiley)

my guestion, the normal resident permit for an EU citizen is 3month.
now i m hearing some rumours on the island that they changed it to 6 month.

did anyone of you found some information about this?
