Experience with Villa Magellan?

Hi--Has anyone ever been to or stayed at Villa Magellan, which is rented by Zuzu and Alan in Orient Beach? They also rent the Coconut Villa, which seems pretty popular, and has a lot of reviews on vrbo.com. According to their listings, the couple's children own several restaurants in the Orient Beach area (Rancho del Sol?)

It looks great, but I'm a bit fuzzy on the location. Any reviews?

Thanks, Nina

Am getting more familiar with my maps....here is an update on the location of this villa, let's see if it jogs anyone's memory:

It appears to be between Esmeralda and Carib Princess. Here is a link to the listing:

Nina, I am curious if you stayed at Villa Magellan and if so, how you would rate your stay. We also need to be close to the beach, will be travelling with our parents (in their 70's) and our 5 year old daughter, coincidentally also named Nina smiling smiley We are considering a 2 week stay in February 2011. Linda
