random questions: food, gas, money and fish

Hi I have a few random questions that I couldn't find answered in other posts, or the ones I could find were kind of old, so I thought I'd ask again. Thanks in advance for your help!

1) Grocery stores near Mullet Bay--how late do they stay open?

2) Gas (for cars)-- how much is it running lately?

3) ATMs-- are ATMs on St Maarten safe to use and do they dispense Euros or US Dollars or does it depend which bank you go to?

4) Fresh fish-- is there a place any of you would especially recommend to buy fresh fish to cook at home?

Er, by "home" I meant the hotel in St Maarten. See, I'm already excited to call St Maarten home for one week. By no means do I intend to carry fish "home" in my luggage. LOL

Grocery stores are usually open until about 8, except on Sunday when it's 2.

We get ours on the French side were it runs about $0.95 a liter. Dutch is slightly more expensive lately.

Dutch ATM's dispense Guilders or US$. French ATM's dispense Euro's. Altho I think I heard of one lately that will dispense $$$????? We use the ATM's all the time.
