hello,
I'm looking for a house to rent with an own yard for a long term. 2bedr/1bath and furnished. I'll be staying for 1-2 year maybe more it depends. Can somebody give me more info pls where and who i can contact. Best regards, Riane

Do you have approval to stay on the island that long?

If so, simply google real estate st martin or real estate st maarten, depending on what side you are allowed to stay. Dealing with professionals is the best way to do it.

I have dealt a few times with Debbie and Maayke (http://www.antillesrealty.com/) and they are super nice. Very patient with us since we can be picky.
