Spirit Airline

Hello,

Has anyone flown into Saint Maarten using Spirit Airlines? Just curious what their experience was... they're alot cheaper than other airlines, so i'm a bit skeptical.

Only goes on Saturdays and if the plane breaks down you are out of luck until it is fixed because there is not backup. Also if you like 4 people sitting in a space meant for 3 this is the airlines for you

jet blue has a deal now from either bos or jfk for $99.00 each way.and you have plety of leg room.

spirit only goes to SX> thru FLL don't think jet blue will help him much

Spirit is terrible. Flew them out of FLL to STT then SXM.
Missed connection cause we sat at FLL and waited for others who were late making the flight. Didn't even apologize. People were really pissed off.
Never flew them again.

Have flown Spirit the last 4 years out of Ft.Lauderdale, never had a late departure or return....Don't see anything wrong with their seats or service. Plus they are less than 1/2 the price of American out of Miami
