Car rentals

I've found several lists of car rental companies, but no reviews of the companies. Any suggestions on which are good and which should be avoided.

We are late making this reservations - heading to St. Maarten on Friday and need to make a quick decision!

Hey!

Don't worry about reservations.

There are about 8 places in the PJIA terminal where you can rent.

Hold off for a small car for about $120.00 per week in low season.

My first choice is PARADISE. Tell them BIGDEN recommended them and you heard you could get a YARUS for $120.00.

Many others are good...avoid the U.S. brand names like HERTZ.

If you can't get the price just walk away....you will from someone in the terminal.

We have used Alain Arnell at AAA for several years - 3 times a year - with exceptional service and great rates.

We also go for the small, banged up car!

I use leslie bruce and KennySs Car Rentals. You can e-mail him with your flight numbers and ask him for a quote and he'll meet you in the parking lot at the airport WITH the car. He doesn't take you somewhere else to get it so you are done and on the way in know time.

all suggestions so far are great ones, can't go wrong there. just to add up to the list of good ones i suppose; Michael at Unity is also reputable.
