AlandMiami,

I would suggest you read some of the other posts on this forum regarding moving to and trying to work in SXM. If you're Dutch or French you can possibly work on the respective side of the island of your nationality but other-wise, you may have some serious issues.

The Dutch side in particular has very stringent laws about non-citizens working and while in the past they looked the other way a lot, the word is they have been seriously cracking down on this of late.

Al, come on down! Sint Marteen will be happy to have you! Bring as much money as you can possibly get into your luggage with additional letters of credit from your banks. It's wonderful that people of means want to start a new life in Sint Marteen. Will be waiting for you at the airport.
