Are the other bars lik ssbb where women can drink free topless. wife likes doing this but doesnt like being on camera

Almost anyplace on OB on French side would be fine but thats about it even on the French side fars I know. Not sure how it got to be okay at SSBB but since it is you gotta know this is not the norm for most places on dutchside.
