a question for the legal minded...

The fact that money is being solicited by a U.S.corp.and asked to be forwarded to an Ashville,NC address of a USA corp..
would it be prudent to file a Federal and State injunction to halt,what many are protesting as an illegal action?

P.S. In Oct.of 06 a law was enacted to transfer timeshare issues from
the office of consumer affairs to the State Attorney Generals office.
to be managed like real estate issues.
The caveat being that the timeshare had to be sold from an office in NJ.
The A.G office would pursue out of country issues.

Several years ago i received calls from a timeshare office in south jersey.
they wanted to schedule an appointment in my home. i declined.

out of the thousands of owners, would you think that someone from NJ would have
purchased or traded up from an office in NJ? just thinking.

P.P.S I have also joined the lawsuit.
