Vacationing in a plush pied-à-terre in St. Barth’s sexy little capital of Gustavia. The luxurious one bedroom villa/apartment,The Loft, is terraced in Gustavia’s hillside overlooking the iconic red rooftops and the harbor. A well-equipped kitchen with adjacent dining and living areas is incorporated into a smartly decorated, breezy open floor plan that merges with the outdoor space via an extra-long infinity pool. The spacious en suite master bedroom with its French king bed includes a walk-in closet and is spacious and well-appointed. A spiral staircase ascends to the mezzanine where guests can enjoy HDTV, DVD, Blu-ray and Apple TV that projects to the dropdown screen. A small office area and a powder room are off the living area. Guests adore being able to walk to the bakery, restaurants, boutiques and Shell Beach as well as having the use of a parking area in the garage that is mid-way between the villa and the street below. Outside stairs lead up to the apartment. The main entrance on the other side has no steps. What we love about this villa: The sunsets over the harbor.
