Sevada is family friendly villa rental in St Barth, located a few steps away from the beach of Lorient. This fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property offers a peaceful retreat from the everyday buzz. The spacious garden with trees is entirely closed and perfect place to safely play. The pool and Jacuzzi are located in the back garden of the villa to guarantee a total privacy, with some welcoming shade provided by nice palm trees. Two double bedrooms are located downstairs, like the great room, and share the same bathroom, whereas the Master bedroom and the small 4th bedroom (available upon request) are upstairs. - Pool: Nice and very private swimming pool located in the back garden, with a scale and inside bench. Large deck in the sun or under the palm tree shade, with 6 lounge chairs. Heated Jacuzzi for 4 to 5 persons. Private beach area on the ocean edge with 4 lounge chairs and a table for 4. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach games for kids available.

- Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom – Upstairs. Garden and ocean view, large king size bed, air conditioning, telephone, safe. Private balcony.
En suite bathroom shared with bedroom 4, with rain shower and regular shower head, hair dryer, towels and beach towels.
Bedroom 2 - Downstairs. Garden and small ocean view, king size bed, air conditioning, safe (outside the bedroom, shared with bedroom 3).
Bedroom 3 - Downstairs. Garden and pool view, queen size bed, air conditioning, safe (outside the bedroom, shared with bedroom 2). Bedrooms 2 and 3 are sharing the same bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels and beach towels.
Bedroom 4 - Upstairs (Available upon request). Garden and pool view, 2 twin beds, accessible via the master bedroom and sharing the bathroom too. - Living/Dining:
- Villa Sevada offers various places to relax inside and outside with one outside living on the front covered terrace, a second one by the pool, the main inside air conditioned living with modern style sofas for 6 to 8 guests, as well as an upstairs living by the master bedroom. Flat screen television with Canal Satellite (CNN included), DVD player.
Inside dining with a round wood table for 6 guests and outside dining on the covered back terrace by the pool with a teak table and chairs for 6 guests.
