This three bedroom three bathroom luxury villa sits on a hillside above the harbor in the exclusive Domaine du Soleil Couchant and boasts a sensational view of Gustavia, St. Maarten as well as the sunset. The master bedroom features a built-in king bedroom with ensuite bath and offers a lovely view. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, ensuite baths and also open to the view. The view can also be enjoyed from the living room which has comfortable furnishings in dark wood that is enhanced by the contrasting white cushions. The modern kitchen will delight any cook and has a bar that overlooks the dining room and the view. The swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden deck and is one of the largest pools on the island. Guests enjoy sitting by the pool sipping cocktails and watching the sunset. This villa is a perfect choice for those who like to walk to the restaurants, boutiques and Shell Beach.
