The word "breathtaking" best describes the uber-luxurious Villa Mer Soleil. Mer Soleil has three king bedrooms all with baths en suite; two are on the main level and the third is on the villa’s lower level. The spacious open floor plan encompasses living and dining areas, a guest bath and a sleek, eco-savvy kitchen with Valcucine cabinetry and Viking appliances. There is every bell and whistle, including two dishwashers. The focal point is a huge L-shaped bar which makes for a great gathering spot for all the villa guests – and then some. There is a big gorgeous heated pool and an even bigger deck with loads of outdoor living – and lounging – space. A charming poolside gazebo with a rectangular glass fire pit is perfect for alfresco lunches and dinners. A fourth bedroom studio with living area, queen bed, bath and kitchenette is available for a member of the guests’ staff or a teen. This is one of Gouverneur’s chicest properties. |
