- Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, micro-waves, fridge and freezer, ice maker, toaster, coffee machine and Espresso machine, dishwasher, blender, hood. Service for 12 persons. Gas BBQ outside. Natural ventilation through the large windows and thanks to ceiling windows.

- Living and dining areas in the great room, decorated in a nice contemporary style, widely open on the garden deck and the deck above the pool, offering a great ocean view and sunrise. Nice natural ventilation and ceiling fan.
