Les Basses is a brand new, 2-bedroom villa located on Lorient beach. There is a large deck with a lounge and dining area and generous pool and just steps off the terrace is a private beach area with sun loungers. The beach access is via a private gate.

The villa has a spacious air-conditioned living area that can be completely opened up to the deck area and is equipped with US satellite and a Bose sound system. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen, adjacent to the dining area with a door leading out to the grilling area; a small office completes the living space.
Flanking the living area are two completely equal bedrooms both with a king size bed, walk-in closets, TV with US satellite, DVD player and iPod station. The en-suite bathrooms have double sinks and large showers.
The perfect villa for couples or a family with children ( minimum age is 8 years old and must be able to swim).
