Two bedrooms are located in the main building, on each side of the great room whereas 2 other bedrooms are in the 2nd independent bungalow by the pool. The great room widely opened onto the front and back terraces benefits from natural gentle breezes.

Inside ocean view living and dining areas in the great room, widely opening onto the front terrace with the pool area and the back shaded terrace, allowing the natural gentle breeze to cool off the place. Nicely decorated in white enhanced by the natural exotic woods for a colonial flair. Ceiling fans, rectangular wood table with benches for 6 guests, comfortable sofas, flat screen television with Dish Network and TNT, DVD player, telephone and fax machine, WIFI, Bose surround sound system, library.
Outside living and a teak table for 4 on the front covered terrace by the pool and spacious BBQ area on the back shaded terrace with a teak table for 8.

Minimum 7 payable nights for Christmas and the same for New Year's Eve week
if the Christmas week is rented. Otherwise a minimum of 12 night stay at the
prorata will be required.
