The four spacious and fully equipped bedrooms (3 king and 1 twin) are on each side of the great room opening widely onto the front terrace and garden with the heated swimming pool. Spacious wrapped around terrace, deck and grass lawn area. A second terrace with grass lawn is also available with lounge chairs for a totally private sun bath .
The air conditioned Gourmet kitchen and the TV room are located at the entrance of the villa, facing the sunset, whereas the fully equipped fitness room is in the basement.
Only 5 minutes walk from the Domaine du Levant beach and private tennis courts.
