The villa is built on 3 different levels and the ocean view can be admired from all the rooms. The main level in the middle features the spacious ocean view great room with kitchen, dining, living and desk areas, the master bedroom, the heated swimming pool with a nice sunny deck. The bedrooms 2 and 3 are both on the upper floor while the independent studio with kitchenette and private entrance is located on the lower floor, next to the TV room.
