The bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms, are located on each side of the great room (kitchen and living), with direct terrace and pool access.
Located only 1 minute drive away (or 5 minute walk – road sidewalks all the way) from St Jean restaurants, shops and beautiful beach, villa Avalon is a great place to admire planes taking off and landing, as well as sunsets. Very private property.
