Three fresh water swimming pools located amongst lush, tropical palm gardens and quaint Mediterranean style-courtyards can be found located throughout the grounds of the Rainbow Beach Club Resort. Two sparkling pools are located above the beach and provide a magnificent view of the Caribbean sea. One is located in the main courtyard between the Towers and Tennis Residence. Shade umbrellas, lounge chairs and beach towels are provided for use at our pools. |

Our air conditioned, state-of-the-art fitness center is Conveniently located on the 4th floor of the Tennis Tower. A mirrored aerobic area features a wood floor and yoga equipment. The complete circuit training room is fully equipped with Cybex equipment including the following: Treadmill, Weight Machines, Step Machines, Free weights, Stationary bicyclesWe have a full compliment of spas services that can be arranged on the premises for you. There is also a rooftop tennis court with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. |

Rates: Free car rental: Included with a minimum stay of 7 days, gas and insurance not included. Rate Policy: All rates are subject to applicable jurisdictional taxes and occupancy taxes (5+6=11%). All rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are quoted per night in US$. Occupancy: Extra person charges will vary from $40 in Low and Mid Season to $60 in High and Peak Season. Maximum occupancy per unit will vary between six (6) and eight (8) persons. Children under the age of 12 stay free of charge. Deposit Policy: Usually a 50% deposit is due upon booking. The deposit is refundable if cancellation is received by the Resort within the specified timeframe. Please check with reservations concerning cancellation policies that apply during your anticipated timeframe. You may lose your deposit and be responsible for the entire length of your anticipated stay if cancellation policies are not met. Any no-shows or cancellations received after the specified cut-off date will be subject to further penalty. Minimum Lengths of Stay Policy (MLOS): Minimum Lengths of Stay in Peak Season is Seven (7) Nights. Minimum Lengths of Stay in High Season is Five (5) Nights. Front Units (POV) have unobstructed, panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and in some cases,

throughout the resort and have direct Caribbean Sea views and in some cases, views of St.
