Weekly rates (excl. 10% government tax):

    All rates are based on a 1-2 persons per bedroom. 
    All prices are subject to an 10% government tax and service fee. 
    All reservations must have a minimum of 5 nights stay (except Christmas and New Year period). 
    $1,000 security deposit and a signed rental agreement are required.
