Located on picturesque Simpson Bay Beach, our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront villas are beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the comforts of home including maid, pool, tv, vcr, fax, phone and more! Conveniently located near shopping, casinos, restaurants, golf, tennis and watersports. Perfect for honeymooners, families (we have everything for infants and toddlers), and empty nesters! Note that this property is located very closely to the runway of Juliana Airport, which is not really a problem for most people since there are no night flights.

Beachside Villas are 14 privately America-owned villas located on a magnificent 2 mile white-sand, swimmable beach. Three sets of sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom open onto a lovely covered patio allowing you to be just steps from what we feel is one of, if not the most beautiful beaches on the island. Heavenly tropical breezes filter through the villa keeping any annoying insects away. Planning a trip to the beach or fresh water pool is as simple as grabbing your beach towel, sun tan lotion, a cool drink and walking down a few steps from your villa onto "your beach". The Caribbean Sea awaits you! There's no need to hassle with crowds of tourists either - at any given time of day you will more than likely be only one of a few people enjoying the beach and crystal clear water which averages 80 degrees year round. Early morning or evening walks along our gorgeous shoreline are a wonderful way to begin or end your day!

Simply put, our villa has all the comforts of home...including comfortable mattresses (remember all those "boards" you've paid hundreds of dollars to sleep on?), air conditioned bedrooms (not a necessity but nice for those of you who prefer A/C) and a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave oven. St. Maarten is famous for its many fabulous gourmet restaurants and you will surely want to try a few; however, you can also enjoy a romantic, candle-light dinner at home on your patio, open air atrium, or in the dining area. Our barbecue grill is also at your disposal.

We have Cable TV to keep up on world events and a VCR to watch video you've taken or for rented movies.

For those of you desiring to "keep in touch" with things at home, our Managers office at Beachside Villas has a Telephone (call collect or use your AT&T International number), a fax machine and an Answering Machine.

One of this years most unexpected surprises and a valuable addition to this edition: Beachside Villas. It is like a small resort, hideaway style, perfect for honeymoons or families. All accommodations are tasteful, spacious and above all very complete.

And of course directly on a stretch of beach with a gentle surf. All accommodations, you could easily call them suites, have private decks, with separate shower and sunchairs. There are 14 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Luxurious bedrooms feature air-conditioning and ceiling fans and every bedroom has its private bathroom. ... In addition there is an open air atrium, which is very suitable for breakfast. Here you'll also find a barbecue.... Services and facilities also include daily maid service and a beachfront pool.... Close proximity to shopping, restaurants, casinos and airport.
