Villa Mexicana

Located in the exclusive Pelican Key hill top, Villa Mexicana has three bedrooms, all with an amazing view down the hill and over the Caribbean Sea. The house was just centrally air conditioned even though the current owners have lived in the house for many years without air conditioning. The cool gentle breezes have always been enough to cool this lovely two level house. A lower level one-bedroom apartment has a private entrance and could be rented out separately.

Pelican Key is the most exclusive residential area on the Dutch side of the island. Beaches, restaurants, shops, casinos and other activities are just minutes away by car. Juliana Airport is less then a 10-minute drive.
