Just a few (barefoot) steps from the condo lead you to the beach, and snorkeling the reef is a favorite activity hereāit is teeming with vibrant and fascinating sea life. Speaking of sea life: the beach at Moon Bay is a common spot for newly hatched sea turtle migration. Stay here in May through September and you may be able to watch the little guys hatch in their nests on the beach and make their long journey into the sea.
Bodden Town is a historic area occupying a thin peninsula on Grand Cayman, surrounded by the Caribbean Sea. Full of charm and personality, Bodden Town is primarily a residential area with long-standing homes and a fresh fish hut with some of the best seafood around. Travel 10 miles in one direction and you reach Rum Point, with its famous beach bar/restaurant; 10 miles in the other direction and you arrive at bustling Seven Mile Beach with its pristine coastline, shops, and delicious restaurants.
