Each bedroom has it's own TV and en-suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms are situated on the west side of the house, including the Master Bedroom that has a pool view and double doors opening up onto the deck. The fourth bedroom is on the East Side of the house.
Just 10-15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from George Town, situated in one of the most prestigious yet understated residential areas on a quiet beach. The long private dock with a private cabana perched at the end is perfect for your morning coffee or sunset drinks while you watch the passing kayaks or wind surfers.

The large pool area is equipped with an outdoor kitchen – perfect for a gathering where you never have to leave the poolside area. Many guests enjoy having a private chef come in, also because the kitchen inside the house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare exquisite cuisine!
Four spacious bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom give everyone just enough privacy – making it an easy choice for a group of friends to choose this spot. Three of the four bedrooms are positioned on one side of the house with the large master bedroom opening up to the poolside area.
