This grandiose estate is a true picture of magnificent beauty and architecture. surrounded by an equally marvellous, lush tropical garden with views of the Caribbean sea off the west coast of Barbados, Sundown Villa is an object of beauty.
Sundown Villa is located within close proximity to Mullins Beach, which can be clearly seen from the estate. In fact, three of the four bedrooms actually offer a delightful view of the nearby Beach.
All four bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms. Decorated to perfection, this villa contains some of the most advanced technological devices including plasma screen televisions, DVD players, provision for high speed internet access and many other technologically advanced devices.
There is a glorious outdoor pool and shower, and for outdoor dining there is a gazebo equipped with an 8 seater dining table and barbeque grill.
For your additional comfort there is an outdoor hammock where you can relax and forget all your worries.

Staff:
Housekeeper/Laundress, Cook. The staff work from 8:00am to 7:00pm with a 2 hour break in the afternoon. Breakfast and lunch will be served. If clients wish dinner prepared it will be left in the warmer and they will serve themselves. Should you require a full service dinner taxi fare for the cook to get home is mandatory from 7:00pm onward.

This was simply a wonderful vacation for us here at Sundown. Will and Keer made us feel like we were family. The meals were simply amazing and the villa was comfortable for my family. We were all so comfortable. The pool is always the right temperature and the boys really enjoyed it. This was our second time here and is still just as wonderful to stay here, we will be back.

Once again a wonderful week at Sundown, Will and Keer looked after us really well and made it home away from home for us. we love the fat that you can walk across the road and are on the beach and of course the mullins beach bar is great after a long day on the beach. The chef at Sundown Villa, Will, was absolutely superb. The property location is fantastic but the interior rather old-fashioned and knackered. You had warned us about it beforehand. The property manager came round to tell us about pending refurbishments and I hope they will consult with an interior designer and do it properly. We still liked it though.

Beautiful home!! Pictures don't lie, even more beautiful in person. This home sits in the perfect location in Mullins Bay with a beautiful beach right across the street and great lunch place with a ocean view **Mullins Beach Bar to be exact. The home is very spacious and the entire staff that helped us during our trip was fabulous. We saw monkeys right in our backyard at the mango tree!! Pool and outside area was amazing. Would book again and I highly recommend it to YOU too!!

Our first trip to Sundown....WOW!! Great Villa, Perfect location and Brilliant Beach! Celebrated our 40th anniversary with the family and it was the best holiday ever. Thanks to Will and Loanne for looking after us sooooo well. Great food and housekeeping, we have never had it so good. Special mention of Will's Chicken Curry and Jerk Chicken BBQ dont miss out on them. We feel thoroughly spoilt and look forward to the next time.

The villa was everything we hoped it would be and looks inside and outside exactly like on the pictures: beautiful, spacious, comfortable. sundown villa is beautiful! he had never stayed near mullins beach before but will definitely do so again. so much to do for the kids - jetskis, trampoline, climbing marshmellow float as archie called it. all the guys at the beach were so friendly and helpful with renting chairs and for beach activities. and the food! sooo delicous oh gee! will out did herself, every meal was delicous. megan was so pleasant and kept the house spotless. we will definitely come back, we had a great time

We just spent ten days here at Sundown villa celebrating one college graduation, one birthday and a 30th wedding anniversary. WE have loved our time here, the house is beautiful and the pool is great. Even better than those were Megan and Will! Megan kept everything clean and tidy while Will spoiled us with her fabulous cooking. Both of these ladies brightened our days. We wish we didn't have to return to the real world!

We have really enjoyed our holiday here its been awesome! Will is an excellent cook and her coconut shrimp, flying fish and roti were the best. Will and Lana are really nice and kept everything really tidy, and the bed was always made. The family really enjoyed playing in the pool and the sea. We made many good memories that we will never forget. Mullins beach is a really good spot and the beach bar is the best.

A WONDERFUL STAY AT SUNDOWN!
Our party of six had a wonderful stay at the Sundown! Evie and Will are kind and made our vacation more enjoyable! Mullins Beach makes for a great and close beach walk and swimming. The white crabs on the sand were entertaining, but not as much as the monkeys! we anticipated their early morning and evening visits. We love the Sundown - especially Evie and Will and Barbados!!

Thank you Sundown for a wonderful time. Evie and Will are now party to our family. We love them so much!! They were so good to our 3 year old! The food was superb, the kindness non-stop. Evie taught us to ride the bus, Will taught us everything about Monkeys and Coconuts! We loved both Mullins beach and the restaurant and highly recommend both.
