'Ocean's Edge' is the only one right on the ocean's edge with a striking and beautiful private beachfront garden. The private garden has been magnificently re-landscaped to create a lush Caribbean Eden. The addition of a wooden decked area provides further secluded, quiet and shady areas from which to gaze along some of the most picturesque West Coast bays.
Merlin Bay has a lovely feel of separation from the outside world while still being within close proximity to the many nearby luxuries and amenities such as world-class restaurants, shops, bars, etc.
You approach Oceans Edge through communal gardens and enter on the middle floor. Your eyes are automatically drawn to the azure ocean immediately in front of the property – the waves gently lapping the beach at the end of the garden. Natural Stone floors and bathrooms; Granite worktops and vanity units and Hansgrohe taps are a few of the features. The best being the staff that will look after you during your stay. Then it’s relax and luxuriate.
On the main level is the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, which opens to a patio with plunge pool overlooking the beautiful gardens and the picture-perfect beach. The top level consists of two en suite bedrooms; the master suite which leads out to a terrace and provides access to a rooftop terrace and one other. On the ground floor is the third en suite bedroom and waterfall plunge pool. The housekeeper’s room and laundry facilities are also located on this level. All bedrooms offer the option to have the beds made as 2 singles or joined as a large king.
Guests at Oean’s Edge also enjoy the use of the large lagoon style community pool set in the centre of Merlin Bay, with plenty of sun beds. The property also benefits from round the clock management, security and parking. A cook and maid are available 6 days per week. Access to the beach is via a lovely winding path that leads through the trees to the beach below.

Picturesque setting. Private wooden deck suitable for relaxing with a cup of tea or a cocktail. Surrounded by a small, but very pretty, lush garden. View from the ocean toward the villa is lovely as you look onto the sloped, tropical foliage.
