There are four luxury air-conditioned suites, three on the ground floor level and one on the first floor, each with twin beds and its own private bathroom and a view of the bay.

Tennis is available nearby at the Sandy Lane Property Owners' courts and there is an excellent 18-hole golf course at Sandy Lane just next door. Landmark is a distinguished property and its popularity is easy to understand.

Also for rental on the grounds is Landmark Cottage, which offers an additional two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

What is included
This privately owned villa is let complete with all equipment and utilities, and is run by the owner's trained staff, which consists of a very competent butler and cook, maid, laundress and gardener. Babysitters can be provided on request. Supplies of food and drink are not included in the rate for this villa, but can be provided with prior notice. Security is provided on the property.

Adjacent to the Sandy Lane Estate and Golf Course, ¼ mile from shopping and supermarket facilities at Holetown, 5 miles from the capital Bridgetown, and 12 miles from the Grantley Adams International Airport.
