Kailani is a stunning 5 bedroom villa located in St James on the west coast of Barbados. This imposing coral stone villa is set in extensive, mature gardens with fantastic views across the Caribbean sea. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and another in the separate cottage. The entrance to this property really does have the wow factor. As you enter there are spectacular 180 degree views over the countryside to the beautiful turqouise waters of the Caribbean Sea. You will immediately feel a sense of calm and serenity. The expansive deck is a very special place to relax or entertain. Here you will find a large solid dining table which will seat 10 comfortably. There are also comfortable lounge chairs overlooking and next to the stunning infinity pool. There is even a jacuzzi set in a gazebo overlooking the magnificent views. At one end of the terrace is a lovely bar and to the side of the pool terrace is a separate area fully equipped with BBQ and kitchen facilities. Next to the BBQ grill is additional seating on the terrace. The master bedroom is at the end of the sweeping terrace. This too has magnificent views over the pool area to the Caribbean Sea beyond. |

The amenities on offer at this property are superb. This lovely home is ideal for relaxing, entertaining and al fresco dining. Kailani has been cleverly designed for tranquil, relaxed, open plan living. There is plenty of outdoor seating and dining areas for entertaining family and friends. The large, modern open plan kitchen has marble counter tops and Miele appliances. The laundry room is separate and there is also a guest powder room. On the ground floor level is a large TV room equipped with large television and 3 comfortable sofas. There is also an office. he sleeping accommodation at Kailani is split with 4 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom in the cottage. The bedrooms are as follows: Outside there is a 2 car garage and a wide driveway. This is a beautiful villa in stunning surroundings and very private. Definitely a place to chill out and have some away time with family and close friends. Located just 10 minutes drive from Holetown it is the perfect base to explore the rest of the island.
