Coco is an elegant and luxurious four bedroom, four bathroom townhouse situated in landscaped tropical gardens located at Mullins Bay, just a 3 minute walk from the world famous Mullins Beach on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados.
Completed to the highest standard with many coral stone features the house incorporates; air conditioning throughout, marble floors and vanities in the bathrooms and a superbly equipped Miele kitchen with granite countertops.
Coco has been interior designed to the highest standard by the award winning Jenny Blanc Interiors, London. The house has an airy tropical feel and exudes charm and sophistication. The spacious terrace and nearby trees provide plenty of shade. Three of the bedrooms have terraces overlooking the pool area.
All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with en suite bathrooms and built in wardrobes and safes. Each bedroom has a king size bed that can be separated into twins.
The large outdoor terrace comprises a dining and seating area ideal for entertaining. The garden leads out to a large communal free form swimming pool with cascading waterfall. A short stroll takes you down to the Royal Westmoreland beach club and restaurant which is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. You will be provided with complimentary towels, luxury sun-loungers and umbrellas as well as waiter service. Watersports are also available. Membership of Sugar Hill is also included with Coco. A 10 minute drive takes you to this wonderful development with fantastic views overlooking the Caribbean. You will have access to complimentary tennis and the use of an infinity pool. Restaurant and bar available. World class golf is also available locally at Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane.
The development is gated and has 24 hour security. All in all every possible detail has been taken care of so that you and your family can relax and enjoy a holiday to remember.

My husband and our 5 adult children stayed at Coco for a week. It exceeded my expectations. The villa is clean and pretty and was perfect for our family. The two 20 year old boys stayed in the ground floor room, which is not as nice as the other 3 rooms, as it doesn't have a terrace, but they didn't mind. The master bedroom is on the third floor with a big beautiful bathroom and terrace. The other two bedrooms on the second floor with terraces. All with bathrooms. The rental includes a housekeeper, Jenice, who is lovely and helpful and made life easy for us in general. She did our laundry and cleaned daily. The cook, Mina, was fabulous. Our best meals were at the villa. We usually had her cook breakfast and either lunch or dinner. Her chicken curry and flying fish were a hit with everyone. Mullins Bay Resort is really just a walled in community with a gym and beach access. Not a typical "resort", although they do provide access to two nearby resorts, neither of which we visited. We shared a big pool with the 4 other villas in our cluster, but rarely saw anyone else there. Chairs and towels provided on the beach. The beach, which is public, has a great restaurant and any activities you might want (jet skis, paddle boards, glass bottom boat, etc.). I would highly recommend the villa and the area to anyone visiting Barbados, provided that you like the quieter part of the island (which we do). You can take the public bus (which is an adventure in and of itself) or a taxi anywhere you want to go. And if brave, rent a car and drive. Be sure to visit Huntes Gardens and the Wildlife Preserve (money feeding at 2 pm).

What a wonderful stay in Barbados! We didn't know what to expect of the house or resort but we were pleasantly surprised. The house and staff fit our needs perfectly. The nearby beach and bus access are great. Menci and Jenice help with everything, from food to places to ho. Meena is a perfect cook, flying fish and chicken curry are my favourite.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME
We have been coming to Barbados for 20 years and had our own house for 10 years. I can honestly say that Meena and Tamica have looked after us better than ever before. PERFECT LOCATION
Perfect location opposite Mullins Beach. Communal Pool right outside back gate. Easy for teenagers to walk over to beach on their own. Bus stop right outside or parking onsite. 4 bedroom town house with cook and housekeeper. Very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

A FABULOUS VILLA
What a wonderful holiday in Barbados! Coco is a fabulous villa with awesome views and outdoor patio. Great place to stay for 2 families. We loved the pool, beach and touring some of the island. One of the highlights was the Animal Flower Cave in the north. Thanks to Meena and Tamica for some delicious Bajan meals.
