This traditional luxury villa, which is both elegant and comfortable, enjoys a slightly elevated position and is set in just under an acre of tropical gardens with direct private access to the Sandy Lane Beach, which offers some of the finest bathing on the West Coast.

The accommodation consists of four double air-conditioned bedrooms, all with bathrooms en suite, a large living/dining area and covered verandah for more informal dining, and reception hall. This house has its own swimming pool and beach chairs are provided on the beach.

Also on the grounds is the two bedroom Cottage (no pictures shown) which can be rented together with the main house to accommodate larger groups.

What is included
This privately owned villa is let complete with all equipment and utilities, and is run by the owner's trained staff, which consist of a butler, a cook, maid, laundress and gardener. Babysitters can be supplied on request. Food and drink are not included in the rate for this villa, but can be provided with prior notice.

"Just a stone's throw" from the Sandy Lane Beach, ¼ mile from shopping and supermarket facilities in Holetown, 5 miles from the capital, Bridgetown, and 12 miles from the Grantley Adams International Airport.
