West Green Villa is a great three bedroom villa abutting the Cuisinart Resort and Spa Golf Course with beautiful views of St. Maarten and the sea. The West End location on Anguilla is convenient to hotels, restaurants, Meads Bay beach and Rendezvous Bay Beach.

Open to some of the most spectacular breezes, this villa has large principle rooms. The second story is the master bedroom suite with living room, its own balcony overlooking the pool area and the golf course, bedroom with king size bed and spacious bathroom completely tiled with tumbled marbles/stone,and glass shower with tub. There are two additional bedrooms on the main floor, both having private ensuites in marble/stone, glass and enclosed showers. The kitchen has granite counters and all stainless appliance and the great room has sliding glass doors leading to the tiled pool area.

A child proof fence is available for the pool. The grounds are completely walled and fenced. The side bordering the golf course has a gate so you can walk directly to the golf course club house.

50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required.
If cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If cancelled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided.
Payments may be made via wire transfer or certified bank check. VISA and MasterCard are also accepted.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Maximum 2 persons per bedroom. $25 per person for each additional person over 10 years of age. No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents.
Credit card required for $500 security deposit
