Spectacular views of the neighbouring island of St. Martin and the Caribbean sea surround you.

Splash! was lovingly crafted by its designer/builder to capture the essence of the Caribbean - light, water, fresh breezes and spectacular vistas. With lots of tall windows and open areas Splash! brings the outdoors inside.

The sights and sounds of water will surround you as you bathe in the swimming pool and then wind your way to the jacuzzi in the master bath. On evenings you'll enjoy a night with the moon and stars from the pool deck.

Splash! is located just minutes drive away from some of the most pristine white sand beaches, such as nearby Rendezvous Bay, and finest restaurants in the Caribbean.

A holiday at Splash! includes a welcome champagne and fruit basket, a stock of breakfast items of your choice and maid service. We would be also delighted to arrange for car/jeep rental, taxi service, boat trips to neighbouring islands, diving and other excursions.

Splash! has a pleasant open design and is decorated in colourful Caribbean style. The roomy kitchen is well-appointed with hand-made mahogany cabinets which exude a warm feel. It is equipped with the modern conveniences including an oven/stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.

The kitchen flows into the dining area which overlooks the sunken living room and pool deck, with St Martin lying beyond. The hand-carved stone wall and detailed wood trimmings add a special touch to the living area.

The master bath is truly romantic with its marble-topped counters and a jacuzzi for two overlooking a beautiful view of St Martin.

Splash! has three cheerful bedrooms each with a unique tropical ambience. A mahogany-faced stairway leads up to the private master suite with its mini patio and spacious bathroom.
