Lovely new 2 bedroom villa located in popular West End just a short walk from Meads Bay Beach, Malliouhana Hotel & Spa, Frangipani Resort and Blanchards Restaurant. The two bedrooms are located on each side of the villa with the living, dining, kitchen area in the center affording each bedroom privacy. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors which open to a small bridge to the pool deck. The guest bedroom has doors leading to it's own deck. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and full size sleeper sofa. All bedrooms are ensuite.

The kitchen is well equipped with gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, and all utensils. Granite counters and beautiful cabinets make dining in a pleasure.
Ceiling fans in all rooms keep this lovely villa cool even on the hottest days but each bedroom also has a/c.

50% deposit is required to secure the reservation and must be received within 7 days. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required.
If canceled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued minus $100 administration fee. If canceled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided. All deposits and payments for holiday books are non-refundable after September 1.
