Sea Winds: A fantastic waterfront villa with classic Caribbean style. Sitting on .83 acre Sea Winds is well designed with an open living room, dining room and kitchen. There are two Master Suites that are mirror images and located on opposite sites of the main living area. In addition there is a 3rd bedroom off the living room with adjoining bathroom. The kitchen has granite counters, GE appliances including a dishwasher. The bathrooms have marble double vanities and walk-in closets are in the two master suites.
There are sliding glass doors leading from the two master suites and the living area to the pool deck. These doors are screened provide lots of light and openness to the living areas. The 3 bedrooms have a/c units and all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The property is walled and gated and is the southern rocky coastline with unobstructed views of St. Maarten. The area is quiet and private and the property is accessed via a short dirt road Jeremiah Gumbs Highway.

Policies: Rates quoted are per night and include all taxes and service charge. Rates are in U.S. Dollars 50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required. If canceled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If canceled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided. Payments may be made via wire transfer or certified bank check. Credit Cards are accepted with an additional 4% service fee. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Please book with the correct amount of guests. Extra guests not booked are not permitted without consent of the owner. Musical bands or large parties must be approved in advance by the owner and are not otherwise permitted.
