This lovely villa is situated in the Sea Rocks on the northeast side of the island. Sea Rocks has long been an exclusive residential area for full time residents and villa renters.
Patricks Bay is a short 5 minute drive to Shoal Bay East, one of the most spectacular beaches on the Island. Almost every home or villa in this area sits high overlooking the sea, quite close to waters edge and there is a path to the sea.
This villa is very spacious and elegant, the living room and separate dining room are large and perfect for relaxation and entertaining. There are three bedrooms. three bathrooms on the main level and a fourth bedroom and bath on the lower level which is only accessed by an outdoor entrance.

The outside gallery extends the length of the house facing the Atlantic Ocean. There is outside dining and comfortable chairs with side tables. It is a perfect spot to enjoy coffee or tea in the morning and your favorite beverage in the afternoon upon returning from the beach.
All rooms are very comfortable and airy. There are ceiling fans throughout and the owner recently added a/c units in all the bedrooms.

Policies: Rates are per night and quoted in U.S. Dollars. The rates include 10% government tax and 10% service charge.
50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required. If cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If cancelled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided.
Payments may be made via wire transfer or credit card. There is a 4% fee for all credit card charges.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Maximum 2 persons per bedroom $25 per person, for each additional person over 10 years of age. No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents.
Credit card required for $500 security deposit.
