Sitting on Lockrum Bay, this amazing two-level seaside villa sets the stage for luxurious relaxing, privacy and entertaining. The villa comes with breath-taking views of the sea and St. Martin, 4 en-suite bedroom/bathrooms, a private pool and a range of luxury amenities for our guests to enjoy.
The great room has 25 foot ceilings with ceiling fans and air-conditioning. On one side is the sitting area with a television, couch and two chairs; on the other a dining table and kitchen with all of the amenities, including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Designed to provide our guests with their own personal havens, Lockrum Point has four en-suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the first level, one with a king bed and the other with two twin sized beds that can be combined to become a king. The two bedrooms on the second level have king-sized beds. All of the bedrooms have sea views, a covered deck, and air conditioning.
The outdoor space is amazing and gives you the ideal place for entertaining. A private pool (20 X 15) gives you and your family/guests the perfect spot to lounge during the day, as well as the dining area. A large gazebo is perched on the sea where you can sip cocktails or tea with friends, admire the views, or snooze in the hammock.

Policies: Rates are per night and quoted in U.S. Dollars. The rates include 10% government tax and 10% service charge.
50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required. If cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If cancelled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided.
Payments may be made via wire transfer or credit card. There is a 4% fee for all credit card charges.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Maximum 2 persons per bedroom $25 per person, for each additional person over 10 years of age. No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents.
Credit card required for $500 security deposit.
