The Villa Kai is a new villa completed in 2016 and located in the Sandy Hill/Long Pond area in the southeastern area of Anguilla. This beautiful home features a large open living space providing wonderful sea views from the kitchen, dining and living areas. In fact, every room at the Villa Kai includes great views of the sea and islands in the distance. The Master bedroom is attached to the open living area and includes a wonderful master bath with outside shower. Two adjacent private bedrooms with their own bathrooms are connected by the wrap around outside patio. All bedrooms are air conditioned or enjoy the cooling trade winds and sounds of the sea.

The outside living space includes a dining area, and inviting outdoor furniture when relaxing around the pool is more inviting then the local beaches.

Policies: All prices are in US dollars and 50% deposit is required to secure reservations. Deposits must be received within 14 days of making reservation. Wire transfer, American Express, MasterCard and Visa are accepted for payment. Payments via credit card will be assessed a surcharge of 4% for Visa and MasterCard, American Express. Full payment is required 90 days prior to arrival. The deposit is fully refundable, provided cancellation is received in writing 120 days prior to arrival.
